The legal form chosen for the Kaikki Foundation is a foundation form. This form ensures that the foundation wants to attain a goal. This also ensures that the foundation has a board. In addition, the board is supported/supplemented by volunteers.
The foundation will consist of the following members:
- Chairman: Liesbet van Oosten
- Secretary: Beatrijs de Vries
The board members meet at least once every year.
The board is responsible for the following:
- Developing and evaluating the foundation plan, policies, annual plan and by-laws of the Kaikki Foundation
- Managing the foundation and its assets (strategy, execution, external contacts, business activities)
- Managing the financial and taxation of the foundation in general, the sponsoring management in particular, the annual report including the annual financial report
- Recruiting sponsors, drafting procedure/protocol, identifying and contacting possible patrons and developing and maintaining relevant networks
- Checking and motivating function: whereby as needed giving support to colleagues and volunteers of the Kaikki Foundation
- Developing PR and communication policy
- Selecting potential projects and activities that may be eligible, joined together in a programme on the basis of the goals and targets of the foundation
